1. About CasitaLand

CasitaLand is an independent online directory that lists prefab, modular, and tiny house manufacturers and distributors operating primarily in Spain and across Europe. CasitaLand is not a manufacturer, builder, or real estate agent. We provide informational listings only and do not participate in any transaction between buyers and manufacturers.

2. Directory Listings

2.1 Accuracy of information

Listing information (prices, specifications, delivery times, certifications) is sourced from manufacturer websites and public sources. CasitaLand makes reasonable efforts to keep this information current but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Prices and availability are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.

2.2 No endorsement

The inclusion of a company in the CasitaLand directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of that company's products or services. Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging any manufacturer.

2.3 Claim your listing

Manufacturers who wish to update, correct, or claim their listing may contact us at contact@casitaland.com. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings at our discretion.

3. Directory Use

CasitaLand is a free-to-use directory for buyers. Buyers are never charged a fee for browsing or using the directory. Commercial arrangements between CasitaLand and listed manufacturers are governed by separate agreements.

4. User Conduct

When using CasitaLand, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the site without written permission.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on CasitaLand — including text, design, code, and the directory database — is the property of CasitaLand or its licensors. Company names, logos, and trademarks displayed in listings belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CasitaLand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information contained in it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100.

7. Links to Third-Party Sites

CasitaLand contains links to manufacturer websites and other third-party sites. We have no control over the content, availability, or privacy practices of those sites and are not responsible for them.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the current version was published. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the owner's registered domicile, as stated in the Legal Notice.
