Listing Removal & Intellectual Property

1. Independent information portal

CasitaLand is an independent directory. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the companies it lists, unless a commercial relationship is expressly disclosed. Listings are compiled from information that manufacturers publish themselves (websites, catalogues, press materials).

2. Trademarks, logos and images

Company names, trademarks, logos and product photos shown on CasitaLand belong exclusively to their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the company and its products, for informational purposes. No ownership or licence is claimed.

3. Request a correction or removal

Send an email to contact@casitaland.com with the subject "Listing removal" or "Listing correction", and include:

• The company name and the URL of the CasitaLand page concerned
• What you want: full removal, removal of specific photos/logo, or a correction (with the correct information)
• Ideally, send it from an address on the company's own domain, so we can confirm you represent the company

4. What happens next

• Within 48 hours: the listing, its models, photos and logo are taken offline.
• The company is added to an exclusion list and will not be re-added to the directory.
• Removed pages return a "Gone" status so search engines drop them quickly. Cached copies held by Google or other third parties may take a few days to disappear and are outside our control.
• Corrections (price, specifications, contact details) are applied within the same timeframe.

You will receive an email confirmation once the request is done.

5. Other rights holders

If you are a photographer, architect or other rights holder and believe content on CasitaLand uses your work without authorisation, write to the same address with the URL and proof of ownership. The content will be removed within 48 hours while the request is reviewed.
