CasitaLand is an independent online directory that collects and displays publicly available information about manufacturers and distributors of prefabricated, modular, and tiny houses operating in Europe. The site is free to use for prospective buyers.

CasitaLand is not:

• A manufacturer, builder, or supplier of homes or construction services.
• A real estate agent, property broker, or Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria (API) under Spanish law.
• A commercial agent (agente comercial) acting on behalf of any listed manufacturer under Ley 12/1992.
• A party to any contract, negotiation, or transaction between a buyer and a manufacturer.

Any transaction concluded between a buyer and a listed manufacturer is solely between those two parties. CasitaLand has no role in, and accepts no liability for, the terms, execution, or outcome of any such transaction.

3. Commercial Relationships & Transparency

CasitaLand operates on a commission-based model. In some cases, the operator may receive a fee or commission from a listed manufacturer when a buyer and that manufacturer conclude a signed contract. This fee is paid by the manufacturer, never by the buyer.

This commercial model does not affect the objectivity or completeness of directory listings. All manufacturers and distributors meeting the site's criteria are eligible for inclusion regardless of whether any commercial relationship exists. The presence of a listing does not imply a commercial arrangement, and the absence of a listing does not imply one was refused.

This disclosure is made in compliance with Directive 2019/2161/EU (Omnibus Directive) as implemented in Spain by Real Decreto-ley 24/2021, and with Spain's Ley de Competencia Desleal.

Listing information — including company names, product descriptions, prices, images, and specifications — is sourced from manufacturer websites, press releases, and publicly available sources. CasitaLand makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee that any listed information is current, complete, or error-free. Prices, availability, and product specifications are set exclusively by each manufacturer and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Logos, trademarks, product names, and images displayed in directory listings remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are reproduced solely for identification and reference purposes, consistent with Article 37 of Spain's Ley de Propiedad Intelectual (informational use exception).

Takedown and correction requests: Any manufacturer or rights holder who believes that a listing is inaccurate, unauthorised, or infringes intellectual property rights may submit a written request to contact@casitaland.com. We will review and respond within 15 business days. Verified requests will result in the listing being corrected, updated, or removed as appropriate.
